At CReATE, we have an extensive library of assessment measures that allow us to look at a range of different diagnoses that might fall under the neurodivergent umbrella while upholding a neuroaffirming approach.

Neurodiversity is a concept that acknowledges and celebrates the natural variation in human neurological development often observed in individuals with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and others. It emphasizes the value and uniqueness of each individual's neurological makeup, promoting acceptance and inclusion. Just like biodiversity is essential for a healthy ecosystem, neurodiversity enriches our society by valuing a diverse range of perspectives, skills, and talents.
Embracing neurodiversity means recognizing and celebrating the strengths and contributions of all individuals, regardless of their neurotype, and creating environments that support their success and well-being.

At CReATE, we have an extensive library of assessment measures that allow us to look at a range of different diagnoses that might fall under the neurodivergent umbrella. We uphold a neuroaffirming approach in our assessment and evaluation of various neurodevelopmental disorders. This means that we recognize and honor the diverse ways in which individuals' brains function and develop.
Although we will make a diagnosis if indicated, to promote understanding and to help individuals access supports, we also strive to understand each person's unique strengths and talents.
Through this approach, we aim to create a supportive and inclusive environment that fosters acceptance, empowerment, and personalized interventions for our clients.
