Elizabeth Schall, Ph.D.
Dr. Elizabeth Schall is a licensed psychologist, who has provided psychological services to children, adolescents, and adults over the past 18 years. Dr. Schall completed her Master of Social Work (clinical focus) from Tulane University and provided evaluative and therapeutic services to children and adolescents for several years before returning to graduate school to pursue a doctorate in psychology. She graduated from New Mexico State University with a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology and completed her APA-approved doctoral internship through the James A. Quillen Veterans Affairs Medical Center with primary rotations in the Neuropsychology Clinic, Primary Care Clinic, and PTSD (trauma-focused) Clinic with a minor rotation in the Omega substance abuse treatment program. Dr. Schall also completed a two-year post-doctoral training in clinical neuropsychology through Clinical Neuroscience Services of WNC. This specialized training included coursework in Cognitive and Behavioral Neurology, didactics in foundations of clinical neuropsychology, and two (fulltime) years of supervision by a clinical neuropsychologist. Throughout her career, Dr. Schall has worked in a variety of clinical settings including private practice, hospital behavioral health programs, crisis centers (ER), school-based settings, and foster care and adoption programs, providing direct care treatment services, psychological evaluations, and consultation services. Since joining CReATE in 2012, Dr. Schall has provided comprehensive and empirically-driven psychological and neuropsychological evaluations, including evaluations for learning disabilities, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, and a variety of mental health, substance abuse, and behavioral conditions.
