Alyssa Raggio, M.A., LPA
Alyssa Raggio has been a Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) since 2018. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Arkansas Tech University in 2013, and following, she moved to the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina. Alyssa completed her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at Western Carolina University in 2017 and is now working toward her Doctorate in Psychology, also at WCU. Prior to working with CReATE, Alyssa worked as a therapist for an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team in Asheville, where she provided community-based therapy to adults with mental health and substance use disorders. Alyssa enjoys working with children and families. She joined CReATE’s team in 2020, assisting with psychological and neuropsychological evaluations in wilderness therapy programs and outpatient settings. She is also completing her Doctoral Practicum through CReATE as she prepares for her doctoral internship. Alyssa also assists with data collection for a longitudinal, multi-site treatment outcome study of youths enrolled in a wilderness therapy program.
